4. Job Postings and Applications

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings.
Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their resumes and applications.
Corevision Recruitment Canada does not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.
Applications submitted through the platform are forwarded to hiring employers, and Corevision is not liable for employer decisions.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

Post misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory job offers.
Upload false or misleading information in their profiles, resumes, or cover letters.
Share login credentials with others.
Use the platform for unauthorized commercial activities or spam.
Harass, abuse, or exploit other users.

Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Corevision Recruitment Canada does not guarantee employment or hiring results.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or miscommunications between employers and job seekers.
We do not verify every job posting or candidate profile, and users must exercise caution when interacting with others.

9. Account Termination

Corevision Recruitment Canada reserves the right to:

Suspend or delete any account without prior notice if a user violates these Terms.
Reject job postings that do not meet legal and ethical standards.
Restrict access to services due to misconduct.
